I want you back Deus, maybe not as an Alpha cause you seem a bit stressed at the moment, but in the clan yes I'd like you back. Plus, Komi still wants his nudez.... I believe he has uped the anti as well.

Why is it time to take a break? You don't have to be a leader, maybe its just not the position for you in a clan.

But I want to be.

There are other ways to help the clan other than leading.

• Show up for events, increase our pull
  
• Remind people of events
  
• Suggest new ideas for the clan
  
• Be an avid member of the RS, Clan, and Offsite Forum communities
  
• Help members of the clan when the are having trouble with something or need some advice
  
• Voice your opinion when you see something being done wrong in the clan, no matter who is doing it
  

You can do all of these things without being a leader and there are more you can do, and you've done most - if not all of these things before you advanced in rank to Admin.

Yet I did not know you, but after reading some of the RS forum Lone Wolves 80+ thread and these forums, I'd personally like to meet you and love to have you in the clan (more the marrier ). I know this post won't effect you decition because you don't now who I am, but please re-join.

How wouldn't I understand Deus. If I don't then explain it to me.

I've been in quite a few clans and everytime I get to the leadership position the clan either dies (Higher Devotion) or simply ignores everything i've done and oppresses me. I could go join any clan I wanted sure, but I don't want to start over. I could make my own clan, too.

like I said before, maybe isn't exactly your thing. There are other ways to help a clan.

There's a difference between oppressing you, and receiving fucking tons of complaints about how condescending and disrespectful you are to the lower members and then taking action about it. We get it, you've been around the block a few times, but other people's opinions still matter and it's not the job of the council to shoot down their ideas as the words come out of their mouths. We acknowledge, then discuss privately what to do.

In my opinion, it's this simple: If you rejoin, then something will have to change or we'll just go back to having the same exact problems.

Believe me, nobody wants you to stay more than I, but the stability of the clan comes first to me.

And instead of complaints behind my back, they could've went straight into the complaints section, or PM to me. Then we could've worked it out and everything would've been settled, I would still be in the clan and everything would be peaceful.

But no, it had to go behind me.

And it surprises you that people would rather not take the face-to-face approach? It should be assumed knowledge that if you're doing something wrong, you'll be the last person to be informed of it.

No one has the balls to actually tell someone there's a problem.

Besides, you'd have likely just told them to quit bitching and say that you knew what you were doing.

No, actually I would've listened and improved with the complaint. I mean there's a goddamn complaints section, and my PM is always open. Who would be afraid to tell me off?

Also, I just wanted to say that everyone who talked about me behind my back is a total coward and can't get over the fact that sometimes life isn't rainbows and unicorns, someone is going to have a different opinion than you.
